Wondering if anyone has any information on a couple of photographers in Birkenhead, 1870-1910. I have a couple of photographs of gg grandparents that I am trying to identify. The photographic studios are listed on the back. I'm wondering if anyone can narrow down the dates they were in business. It would help me identify who is who in my photos. The backs read: "E. Young late of John Lancaster 6 Price Street, Birkenhead." "Reuben Tremlett 154 Conway St Birkenhead." "Williams Photographer 154 Conway St." and Watson Bros 85 Argyle St & 241 Grange St Birkenhead."
