This person "Spotted Dave" Mullins was the father of Elizabeth Mullins (who married Ambrose Mullins). He would have been from Southwest VA or Kentucky. He had this nickname because his complexion was spotted. If anyone has anything on this man, please let me know at the e-mail address. Thanks.
