Today I received the death certificate for my ggrandfather, Heinrich Feit, and his mother's name was Katherine Schmunk. She married a Johan Heinrich Veit (Feit) (he was born in 1842 in Galka, Russia) and settled in Erlenbach, Saratov, Russia. I have no other information on this Schmunk line, but would love to hear from anyone who does!
