I am looking for a sibling who was born in the early 1960's to a woman who was not married to my father, Jerry Moore. He was in the Navy. This sibling would have lived in California with their mother (and perhaps her husband) in California around 1964-1965. I am not sure if the woman was single or married at the time. If my sibling was not born there, they would most likely have been born in one of the eastern states.My information is that this child is a girl.
