Is the public allowed access to these records for viewing? I have been hitting a brick wall with my aunt trying to locate a marriage license for her and I think I may have finally found it. However, I won't know for sure until I can find out the information listed on her marriage license application.

If so and someone is going to where these records are held would you mind looking one up for me and writing down what information you can so I can determine if in fact it is her before I purchase the document. I'd hate to waste my money on something that turns out not to be even someone related to me.
