I have dozens of questions about Ancestry.com, and still haven't figured out where to raise them. Is there a more appropriate place than this to ask:
* What access do I have to my Ancestry Tree(s)? I see that the Web interface provides a choice of four different Views, as well as an option to Print. How can I download a Tree to my local host?
* Is there really no (HTML or equivalent) formatting of these Messages possible?
* How do I share information with others (presumably members of Ancestry.com--I've caught on that registration is necessary to see *anything*)? Is there a way to pass a URL that provides, say, the Family Story for my entry for Horace Franklin Rush?
* Is the Ancestry.com staff good about responding to, "Send Feedback to Ancestry.com"?
* Is there any way to get windows full of useful search results *not* to be destroyed when I add a new entry to a Tree? This frustrates me no end.
* ... [much more]
My current projects are to find out more about Samuel Rush, father of Samuel Rush, both of whom died in Iroquois County, Illinois, and also to trace more of a Carson family of Revolutionary-era Virginia.
