I am told that Benjamin Womack (Wommack) died in Polk Co in July 1859. He was married to Nancy. Is there anyone that could please do a local search for me in the court house or maybe there is a list of cemeteries. I have not been able to find them listed on the internet. Benjamin had a son James who was married to a woman by the name of America. I am in the down line of his son Francis and have found a Benjamin Wommack in Liberty Co who died in 1859. I have the estate papers from the courthouse. But I have been unable to track the sons from Liberty Co.
