Looking for information on Sara Mounts b. April 19, 1780 in MD, who married James Parot Wilson on July 30, 1795 in Bath county, VA. I have been told that Sara was a Cherokee Indian who was adopted by the Mounts family in MD.
Sara and James lived and died in Wayne county, WV. They raised 13 children there.
