Does anyone know of the York family who were agricultural labourers in Wolvey in the 1800s?
The family moved from Shenton, Leicestershire to Monks Kirby, then to Wolvey in the middle/late 1800s.
William York married Mary Weston 1854.
Their son (my great great grandfather) Joseph Lemuel York was born 1873 in Wolvey. He later moved to Coventry.
Any news would be much appreciated,
