My step-father was Jerry William Welter. He was born (1940) and raised in a very small town called Goble, Oregon. His father died when my step-father was 2. His name was Nicholas Welter. His Mother's name was Ethel. He had brothers and sisters. I can't remember all their names, but a few were, Mary, Charlotte, Johnny, David, Lila. My step-father passed away in 1988.
