The following information in inside an old Bible belonging to Callie H. Guthrey:
"Callie H. Guthrey was born April 12, 1851 in Saline Co, Missouri near Marshall the county seat.
Dr. W.P. Teague was born 1839 in Forsythe Co, North Carolina."
"W.P. Teague M.D. and Miss Callie H. Guthrey were united in marriage at Hopewell Church, Morgan County, Missouri in the presence of many friends by Jas. E. Sims Baptist Minister April 14, 1889."

..There is another page that has dried flowers on it and written above the flowers is "April 12, 1913 gathered by son for me on my 63rd birthday at the farm. Mother. "
...underneath that is written: "Had a lovely dinner cooked by my son's wife"
There are also some newspaper clippings glued to the front of this old bible - one of them says "Mrs. C.H. Teague is the city clerk at Holton and she is said to be a good one. Wonder if she can control the womens vote of that town?"
