My grandfather was Manley Cofran. He married Harriet/Hattie Cooley in 1899 or 1900 in Buffalo, NY. I know they spent about 10 years in Oklahoma. I am trying to find his birthplace. He died in 1942/43 in Buffalo. I also know he had relatives in Erie Co. Anyone
please help!
