Dear Harry: My great-grandmother, Elizabeth Barbara Long Kline, was the daughter of Aaron Long and Anna Armbruster Long, of Farmer's Mills, Gregg Twp., Centre Co. Elizabeth married James Franklin Kline, from Snyder Co. and subsequently moved to the Bald Eagle Valley, Centre Co. My records of her family go back to a Peter Lang (b. circa 1735 - d. Nov 1775) of Upper Milford Twp., Lehigh Co. His son, Franciscus (Francis) Lang moved to Snyder Co., where he died in 1826. His son, George Sr., had a son, George Jr., who, I believe owned a part share in what is now Penn's Cave. His son, Aaron (my great-great grandfather) (b. 17 Jul 1851 - d. 19 Aug 1906) worked as a boatman in the cave. (I have a photgraph of him at the boats). The Peter I mentioned above, arrived in the "Colonies" in 1749 on the ship EDINBURGH, from the Palatinate in Germany. I have more information that is too lengthy to delve into here. Please contact me if you desire. Thanks Kurt Kline
