I am looking for Betty Lea Whitehair. She was born about 1880. and married Gordon Wood. I have no idea where she is from. If anyone recognizes the name please let know.

Looking for information on Bessie Lea (she preferred to be called Betty) Whitehair and her twin sister Jessie. They were born in WV around 1892/1893. Bessie married Gordon Wood of Wood Co, WV and Jessie married Ira Wood, Gordon's brother.

OH His wife & mother of twins Ida Blanch Robinson, b. 14 Jan 1872 Wirt Co. WV d. 29 Jul 1939 Summit Co. OH His mother Mary ? was Onida Indian father unknown The twins married brothers Ira B. b.19 Jun 1886 Walker station, Wood Co. Wv. Gordon Wood both lived in Akron area.

I ran across twins Jessie and Bessie when I was looking for Paul Whitehair. According to the 1910 census Bessie and Jessie had brothers Gordon b. abt 1895 and Paul b. abt 1898. In 1910 census A D Whitehair and Ida Whitehair had children Gorden, Paul and Halla. Paul seems to have gone to Ohio, and in 1920 he is married to Della (Evans I think) Whitehair. Do you have further information on this family? I would appreciate it.
