Seems i misunderstood or was confused in my previous response to your earlier post.
I now note Lydia Craig married not asaph butler but rather his son zimri. Is that correct?
My interest is in who are the Parents of Lydia Craig who married zimri butler?
In your last post, the post i'm responding to now,
when u say "Lydia Craig's father was Uriah Butler",
I think u mean her father-in-law was uriah butler - Uriah being the father of lydia craig's husband Zimri Butler.
Or am i still confused?
It is the ancestry (& siblings, etc.) of Lydia Craig that is my primary interest.
My gggrmo was Ann ?Craig Wilson
(b.1800 PA & married John Wilson by 1825 in PA, probably greene co).
Ann & John & family lived 1828-43 @ Shiloh, Tyler co WV,
tho she died in 1850 shortly after arrival in Louisa co IA.
Ann's maiden name is believed to be Craig &
she could possibly be a sister or cousin of the Lydia u speak of.
Sorry for the confusion.
I appreciate your assistance.

Thank You for the clarification!
Can u give me any info on Lydia Craig, such as date & place of birth, marriage & death?
If possible, the same data for her parents (espec'ly her father Uriah Craig) would be most appreciated -
-as well as any info on Robert Wilson that u might have or refer me to.
My gggrparents r John Wilson & Ann Craig both born 1800/01 in PA & married there (posssibly Greene co) by 1825.
They lived shiloh, Tyler co WV 1828-44, arrived Louisa co IA in 1850 where Ann died Nov 1850 & John in 1861.
Given my Wilson/Craig line, I noted w interest that 'your' Lydia Craig Butler's sister Anna Craig married a Robert Wilson.
Incidentally, my line from John & Ann above is thru their dau "Lydia" Jane Wilson Shaw.
Am i correct in assuming the Clark co where 'your' Lydia Craig married is Clark co in west central OH, near Dayton?
Any of the above or other possibly-related info will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Jerry Miley

the Craig line is not actually my line. Zimri Butler's second wife Margaret Dougherty was my gggrandmother. I will
give you what info I have on the Craig family. Zimri T.Butler and Lydia Craig were married 14 April 1825 in Clark Co. Ohio, they had 2 sons Harkness Butler and Charles Butler. I do not have when Lydia died but it was before her father died. Zimri m. Margaret in 1840 in Vermilion Co. IL.When Uriah died in 1853 he was living with his son Harrison, in York township Clark Co. OH
Polly had married a Mr Dudley and was dead, survived by sons John and Henry and Daughter Jane Dudley. Lydia had married a Mr Butler and was dead and survived by two sons Harkness and Charles Butler. Anna had married Robert Wilson and was living, Elsa had married Alanson Wright, she was living. as were sons Truman, John, Benjamin, Lewis and Harrison.
