I am looking for more information on the status and last known whereabouts of Mr. Fiszel Szwajcer who was caught up in the Holocaust in 1942-1945. He was born in 1922. He was last heard from by his family in Ashkabad, Turkmenistan in 1945.
Mr. Szwajcer was originally from Dzialoszyce ans Sosnowiec, Poland. He was a shoemaker by trade.

My great grandfather name was Wolf Baer Scwajcer from Random Poland. We use the name Switzer and I found your post in googling the original name. Also Fishel is my fathers yiddish name and is a popular family name. The coincidences are a bit striking.
