There were a number of different church congregations in Olso/Kristiania. Which congregation's records were you looking for? Which have you already checked for yourself?
When the Norwegian church records were photographed there were and still are limits for the modern time periods which could be made public. (Much along the line as the US has a time period when the census details must be kept confidential for the privacy of the people listed in it. EXAMPLE - The US census is held private for 72 years. We expect the enumerations of the 1940 US census to be released in 2012.) The Norwegian church records had their own rules and you may have run into that time period.
You can wait and see if they are added to the online collection in the future, watch the microfilm collection available through the LDS Family History
Centers, or perhaps even take the old fashioned approach of traditional genealogy research to write to the church itself and ask if they can release a copy of those two records.
