Anyone know the names of the children of Edward Parker (1725-1788) who lived in Chester County, PA & owned a tavern?

I can be contacted directly at snkgenealogy@hotmail.com.

Hello At his death in 1788, he did not leave a will, but he left and administration to Edward Parker and John Brambach. The chester county archives would have additional information.

Might also be helpful to know that he resided in Coventry and Vincent townships in Chester county, provided the Tavern Petitions listing at the CC archives is your Edward Parker.

** Tavern Petitions were more or less public announcements asking neighbors to provide comment as to the appropriateness and reputation of the establishment and it purveyor. It is not the current day "Liquor License". Obviously, this Edward ran an upright Inn.
