Elizabeth and Candis belong to Elisha and Nancy. Francis is theirs, Willis and Nancy, if Elisha died in 1864 during the Civil War. In 1880, Montague Co., TX 1 1/9 Attaway, Willis, W, M, 52, Md, Farmer, SC, SC, SC Nancy, W, F, 59, Wife, Md, Keeping house, NC, Ireland, NC Millie, W, F, 18, Dau, S, At home, TX, SC, NC Candise, W, F, 16, Dau, S, At home, TX, SC, NC Francis, W, F, 13, Dau, S, At home, TX, SC, NC Willis Attaway was the father of Margarette who married a Smith and had two sons, Warren and Robert. She was a widow before 1880 and married my great-uncle Henry Jackson Clay in Montague Co., TX in 1881. She died in May 1894 in Maxwell, Pontotoc Co., OK of complications due to childbirth. Thought this might help to track Willis and Nancy. The info on her birth and death will fill a blank spot for her. Regards, Charles
