I am hoping someone might be able to help find information on my Great Aunt, Reba Elvenah DeMoss (Maiden name was Ax, first husband was Burr Buter). She died Aug 14, 1993, Merced, California. Birthdate Dec 15, 1907, Oklahoma. Hoping an obituary might tell me who she second married and if she had any children.

Her obituary wasn't in the Merced Sun Star...I checked the Social Security Death Index, her last residence was Sacramento, Sacramento County..You might try checking in the Sacramento Bee......Alma

My grandmother had an Aunt with the name Reba De Moss, who live in Ca. I remember my grandmother writing to her back in the early 1980's.
I have a picture from Christmas 1974 with Reba De Moss, Anna Ax, Patrica Best, and Susan. Do you know who these people are?

Patricia Best is my father's mother, and she was the daughter of Reba De Moss; Patricia died in 2003. Susan is Patricia's daughter (Reba's granddaughter), and I think Anna is a niece of Reba's but I've never met her.
What is your grandmother's name? Patricia used to enjoy sharing stories about her extended family, so it's possible I would have heard about your grandmother as I was growing up!
