I am looking for an obituary or any death record on George Patrick Powers who died 8/4/1965 as well as his wife Rose Wilhemina (Kaufman) Powers who died 1/1/1972.

I would really appreciate any help and will reimburse for any copies.

Contact the Dabury Public Library. They will have newspapers on microfilm and will find the death notice, if they were published. There will be a fee charge but it will be well worth it, especially if you live out of town. You can also request the death notices from Town Clerk office in Danbury, I think they are still charging $5 per certificate. When and if you get the death notices, contact the cemetery and find out if any other related person is buried in the same plot area. Sometimes you may other relatives that you were not aware of.
