McPartan.........Does anyone know if this Surname can be found in Ireland?
If not Ireland than where?

Table showing surnames in Ireland having 5 entries and upwards in birth indexes of 1890...etc.

*McParland (24) - "McParland," Armagh--
"McPartlan" (12)and "McPartlin," (11)
Leitrim.

Hi: The above McPartlan is not exactly McPartan, but this may help. The book says that the "figure in brackets ...indicates the number who so spelled the name while the asterisk denotes there were also other variations of the name."
