Debbie, I know it's been a long time since your posting, but here goes. Your Francis Marion Harrison, b 1834 TN, was a brother to my Nancy Amanda Caroline Harrison, b 1828 TN, who m John Waller Street. They named a son James BIGGS Street. I know that Nancy and Francis's mother was Elizabeth ?, but have not found their father or what the connection to the Biggs family is. Do you know? I have info on all the siblings. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know where the Biggs comes from. Francis Marion Harrison named one of his sons Reuben Biggs Harrison. There must be a connection somewhere. I would love to have any information you would be willing to share. I hit a brick wall on the father. Found the mother on the computer and cannot find any more

We may never be able to crack this wall. I have the siblings as: William Riley - m Millie Forsyth James C - m Margaret Cole Nancy Amanda Caroline - m John W Street Mary E - M James McBride Martha Louisa - m John McBride Francis Marion - m Mary Ann Cole Sarah B - m GW Sherron
and "possibly" David Milton - m Elizabeth Forsyth Julia Ann - m Madison Forsyth
I don't know if "Biggs" shows up anywhere else.

1840 U.S., TN Birth/Marriage records. David Milton Harrison to Elizabeth Forsyth. The bondsmen were David Harrison and H. J. Pipkin (?). The license was issued 1 October 1840 by Saml. McDowell, County Court Clerk. The marriage was performed by W. Greenlee, J.P. David was age 20, and Elizabeth about age 17.
So, THIS marriage/connection is, in fact, verified.
