I am seeking information on the lives and families of 5 Doctor Breretons. They are Charles Herbert Brereton, William John Brereton, Thomas George Brereton, Edwart Lount Brereton, Randle Herbert Brereton.

They all practiced at some time in the following places in Ontario: Manvers East Durham, Schomberg, King York, Barrie, Chesley. They cover the time span c1870- c1940.

You can find more details on my web page with a family tree at:
http://website.lineone.net/~m.sandford/brereton/genealogy/ca...
Marriages there include: Black, Bonner, Copeland (Copland), Davis, Ferguson, Giles, Hodgson, Hulse, Lount, Lowery (Lawry), McPhee, Mulholland, Pitts, Proctor, Slingsby
Can you help me find out more?

Surnames: Bremerton, Lount
Hello......I see you posted this quite some time ago, and perhaps you have this information now.
I am a great-grandchild of Charles Herbert Bremerton, have a family tree on Ancestry. Edward Lount would be an uncle of sorts, William John a Great-uncle, Thomas George as well. Randle SHOVEL Brereton is the son of William John, as is Edward Lount. If I can provide other information ask and I will try and provide it.

Peter,
Thanks. I recognised your name immediately but I had to refresh my mind by looking through my emails. I found we corresponded and shared family trees between August 2008 and early 2009. No wonder your name was familiar! You kindly sent me a chart, and I sent you a pdf of the book on the Breretons of Cheshire by Robert Maitland Brereton.

Have you made any new discoveries in the last 7 years?
I have a new address for my website brereton.org.uk and the Canadian page is at
