I have a Christian Daw
born approximately 1628 in Saint Owens, Gloucestor England. Her father was Christopher Daw.
She married Jonathon Hellyar (born 1711 or 1722)
Netherbury Dorset England. On January 3 1746/47.

I used to have the last name's spelt DAWE, and HELLIER
please help me out if you have any information.

Hi Mellisa: I read your post on the Daw message board. I have Dawes from Devon, England that went to St. Helier, Isle of Jersey, Channel Island, England. Sampson Dawe and wife, Frances Edwards were married in St. Helier on 5th of June, 1834. They had the following children: Sampson Richard, Arthur William, Frances, and Elizabeth. Any connection here?
