I found some information on the www.familysearch.org net, apparently provided by a Janice Nielsen Bengry of Cardston, about a Niels Andreasen of Aalborg, Denmark. He was born about 1799, according to this information.

I believe that a Niels Andreasen was the father of my great grandmother, Marie Caroline Elizabetha Dorthea Nielsen, born in Aalborg in 1835. She married Paul Christian Peterson (or alternate spelling) on board a ship Monarch of the Sea, in Liverpool Harbor as they were about to leave for Salt Lake City via NYC in 1861. Marie's full name is what was recorded in the minutes of the ship on the date of their marriage in May, 1861.
