Hi! Great to hear from you! I sent you an email a bit ago but you never responded. My great-great grandfather was Elwood B Van Cleef. It would be great to hear back from you about Elwood, because I don't really know much about him. I know quite a lot of information on the Van Cleef's before they came to upstate New York which I could send to you if you like. I also have information on Elwood's wife, Ethel Bordner, and her family, if you would be interested.

Do you have any information on Elwood's mother, Hattie White, and her family as well? Her side is pretty much a dead end to me. I know her father was a James White and her mother's name was Elizabeth. That's pretty much it.

My mom was Joan Bennett Manginell. Her Dad was Carl Bennett, who was the brother of Mary Bennett. Carl and Mary also had two other sisters, Eleanor and Mildred (Millie) and a brother Frank. We don't have too much info on the Bennett side of my mom's family but are looking into it right now. I do remember your grandparents.

Mary was my mother I am Albert when you and your siblings were living in Pennsylvania I spent summers there working at the Icream place your mom and dad had. I am your mothers cousin I have 2 Brothers Lester and Alfred (Butch) and a sister Hazel who was named after Gramma Bennett.
