Charles Barham b. abt 1730 d. 1791 married Sarah Judkins

Looking for birth,death, marriage records and I have been told he served in the James City Co militia..(abt 1755)

Can anyone help ??
I couldnt find much on any websites,am I looking in wrong
place or any good websites I could get info ???

Charles Barham born 1706 married Sarah Judkins abt 1730 died 09 Jun 1791 buried at St Lukes Parish, Southampton Va
Charles was the son Robert Barham and Elizabeth Clark
Sarah's parents were John Judkins and Martha Holt
Charles and Sarah had five children
James, Robert, Elzabeth, Lucy and Mary
