I am looking for information on Warren Lanham who lived in Jefferson County. County records have him on the 1862 Jefferson County Militia list. He was my great-grandfather

We are searching for any information on Warren Lanham, who was married to a Sophia Ryker b. 6 Oct 1846. d. 13 Jan 1876. We don't have much information on Warrens ancestors but we do have information on his descendants. Would like to exchange what we have.

I have information on Warren Lanham's ancestors going back to Ralph Lanham born 1750. I show that Warren B. Lanham b. May 27, 1842, d. April 1, 1926 was married to Rebecca Plunkett and to Sophia Ryker. I don't have anything on his descendants and would be glad to exchange information.

My source for the Lanham information is a clipping from the Madison, IN Weekly Herald of Oct. 14, 1988. The information was furnished by Mrs. John J. (Mabel Lanham) Schaler II, 4906 N. Meridian, Indianapolis, IN. Perhaps Mrs Schaler has proof.

i know the madison library has extensive reseach on people from jefferson cnty .was there last june.spent summers there when young.there is lanham mansion in town.went to springdale cemetary .my aunt is there.beautiful place old out of way with huge angel.if i remember right lanham has 2?above ground caskets very large with family names on top with black fence around it like at one time it was private/ck findagrave.
