I am retired and disabled. That makes it inpossible for me to be of any help in your research. I might can help by giving you this information. There is whats left of an old cemetery on the old Jesse Paty property at 19N22W. There is only one gravestone still readable. It says Carpenter on it.Jesse Patty was also buried there 26 May 1864. There are other gravestones that have been thrown around and unreadable. The Carpenter grave is still intact. This is the old Patty cenetery (not the Patty spring cemetery).

Thank you very much for the interesting information. I will see about printing it in the Backtracker in hopes that somebody might need to know that. I might even start researching the family myself.

Hello Mike.
I contacted you a while ago about the old Patty cemetery. I have since located it exactly.It is on the old Obediah West Patty place by Patty Springs.I was told that the old Patty Springs Campbell Cemetery is not it. If you can emagine this emagine a square 40 acres with the Patty Springs at the upper right corner.at the lower lefthand corner stands a house and barn. The old Patty cemetery is behind the barn. There is one marker still there. Jesse Patty was buried there in 1864. His marker is gone along with the other family markers. If you are interested.
