There may be a connection to PEI. Our Frank
Duchemin who was born in
Massachusetts in 1859 and was the son of one Albert
Duchemin who may have been from PEI. In any event, Frank's daugher Jesse Passo
Duchemin married one Henry
Moore in
Massachusetts. Henry
Moore was born in
Nova Scotia, but his father William
Moore was born in PEI. Maybe they all kept in touch with each other. They were all in the North Shore area of Boston--Somerville, Lynn, Everett, etc. at the end of the 1800s and early 1900s. Henry and William
Moore all emigrated to the Lynn,
MA area in 1901. In the 1920s they were all living in the
Somerville or Lynn area. My problem is that I cannot find where Albert
Duchemin came from. But now, you are leading me to PEI. Do you have much information on the family of
Henrietta Duchemin in PEI/
