I have a very old table spoon which is stamped RFJ 4629.
I am presuming that RFJ is a regiment.
Can anyone help please.

Where is the mark? If it's on the upper side of the handle it could be a monogram. If it's tiny on the back of the handle it's probably a maker's mark and model.

This item is probably army issue. The stamping is haphazard with the J being out of line, and is on the upper face of the handle.

Sorry, I'm no help. But there is a way to "attach a file" when you reply, just letting you know in case you want to show a picture of it.
