I'm old, have problems with my hands, so typing is limited!I have been interested in ANCESTRY since 1960 I have been on line sinse 1994. I recently found a line that is from 1010 to 1670. How do I get them in my charts without typing every word.

ok- first a question...

You say you "found a line". What do you mean? An Online tree?
If that is the case, then my suggestion is to forget it unless it has scanned documents written in LATIN as evidence attached to it - most anything else would be worthless, non-sourced junkology.

Kay,

What I am saying is that unless that "line" you found has well researched documentation attached to it that it isn't worth fooling with.

A line from 1010 to the 1600's would have to have documents and sources written in latin to be of any real worth.

As to how to get that into your chart; you can copy from other trees into your tree but that isn't research.
