Isaiah and Mary Spence along with children Margaret, Isabella and William arrived in Montreal on 29 Aug 1926 aboard the Athenia. Do you have ages for Wm John and Isabella Sewall as they are not easily found.

Heather, Margaret Jane Spence 25 Jan 1907 - 1 Jan 1975 died Surrey wife of Simon HEather
Spence, William HEnry 27 Feb 1915 - 23 July 1975 died Vancouver husband of Edith Ken nedy Pitkethly.

I will be going to the BC Archives tomorrow if you wish any of these death certificates.

thankyou for getting back to me, willian john sewell was born 24th april 1880 and died in 1988 aged 82. his wife isabella was born 31/3/ 1909 i dont know when she died as dont have any record for her, there had a daughter name of eileen she was born 1/3/1933. we are not sure if she is still alive would i beable to find this out by any chance. would you know if william and isabella got married in england or canada if it was england then i wonder if it was in durham where her parents lived before emmigrating. many regards shirley

Here is the obituary for William John Sewell. Yes, Margaret Jane Spence married Simon Heather. She died 1 Jan 1975.

I checked out the obituaries for Mary and Isaiah Spence. Both born in County Armagh, N. Ire. They were suvived by son William and daughters Margaret HEather and Isabella Sewell and 3 gc Eileen, Leonard and Robert. Mary had two brothers Hugh and Samuel McCartney of Vancouver and a sister Elizabeth McGuine in England. Isiah had no surviving siblings. Both buried in Mt. View Cemetery.

Just a suggestion. I dont live too far from Mt View and Masonic Cemeteries. I could go and take the pics of the headstones for you?? If you are looking for the death date of Isabella Sewall, maybe she is buried next to William??

yes please that would be fantastic mike..im sure eileen sewell is buried either with or near her husband william john sewell.

This are from Mt View Cemetery in Vancouver. I got there late but was told by the staff there that there is a Henry Dunn that is buried along with Simon Heather and Margaret Spence. He died in 1903 at the age of 56. They are checking their records or do you know who he is and how he's related to your family??
