Obituary Look -up please:

David V Agricola, died May 26 2006 , 60 yrears old may have died in the state of Nevada wrote the book Langendorfer fmaily of Weingarten he was an MD as well . Although the infomation sent to me had a middle inital of a V , the third edition of his booklet looks more like David B Agricola So THe letter I received may have had the wrong information sent to me.

found this obit through Ancestry.com. Does not give his middle initial though and the name is the same and the death date is same month and year. Hope it is your David Agricola.

David Agricola
David Agricola, MD, age 60 of Lakewood, O., beloved husband of Suzanne [nee Skyard]; loving father of Christian D.F., M.D., of Salt Lake City, Utah; son of Waldermar R., M.D., and the late Virginia [nee Berry]; brother of Daniel R. of Atlanta and Ann Fetrow [Charles] of Warrren, O.; beloved "Big Brother" of Florrie Forbes [nee Skyard] of Fort Myers, Fla.; dear uncle of six.

Dr. Agricola served on the staff of Lakewood Hospital for over 20 years and most recently with Anesthesia Care of Ohio at the Surgery Center of Middleburg Heights. His interests included a great love of music, art, wine, landscape archicture and genealogy. He was an accomplished clarinetist and sang with the Clevland Orchestra Chorus and at Carnegie Hall; he painted landscapes in both water and oil; he authered several books on genealogy; and he was a member of the "Commanderie de Boreeaux."
