There is the town of Tillsonburg, about half an hour southeast of the city of London -- founded by a family named Tillson.

What else do you know about the family?

According to the OCFA, there are some Tilburys and Kibblers in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

A surname search at the bottom of this page will lead you to the Kibblers at Mount Pleasant...a search for Tilbury brings you to Tilbury township cemeteries (sigh). You might have to look through every section of the cemetery.
