There was a Roland Marquardt born 18 March 1882 in Pago Pago, American Samoa. In 1917 he is listed in the civilian draft for WW1 in California.
I would like to find out whether he actually served in WW1.

I know we are related to the Godinets and Eugene is my Great grandfather, Grandfather, and my Uncle (My mom's eldest brother) names and my mom's brother also carries Eugene Joseph Marquardt. Marquardt is my Great Grandfather's sur name and my Great Grandmother's maiden name is Collins.

Also, please correct the name "Ilaua" to "Ilaoa". Ilaoa is our family as well and is one of the High Chiefs in the village of Leone.
