He married Polly (some records say Mary) Griffith (Aug. 27, 1780-Oct. 27, 1853), dau. of John Griffith on March 7, 1805. John T. Mann's daughter, Anna, married John Casey Loomis. Their daughter, Amanda Ellen Loomis, married Andrew J. Caldwell. Their dau., Nora Lee Caldwell, married Leslie Hopkins (my great-grandfather). The Caldwells and Hopkins lived in Pendleton Co

What info do you have on John Griffith? He would be my gggg-gf. I descend from Mary's sister Catherine, who married John T.'s brother Richard Mann

Hi Rita,
Pendelton Co. is KY. I am looking for information on Mann and Mullins. The line goes through Levi Mann to Benjamin & Mildred Timberlake Mann. I have hit the proverbial brickwall with the Mullins, however. I cannot seem to find anything on Clement H. Mullins before his appearance in the 1840 census of Nicholas Co. KY.

I am researching the MANNs. I,too, have hit a BRICK wall on the MANNs. I am looking for the parents and siblings of my husband's gg-grandfather, LEVI O. MANN, born in 1811 in PA. That is all I have for him in this respect, but have much information forward. I have searched through the German MANNs to see if there were any LEVIs and have had no luck, and am searching through the English MANNs and have seen the LEVI name many times, but cannot seem to link up yet. Also looking for any OWEN lines as I think that could be connected through a female maiden name.
I would appreciate any input that you might have. Sorry I can't help you with the MULLINs.
Rita
