Hi Alvenia,
They were sponsors of either Emmett Crume or Joseph Alden Lee Crume (the paper is not now at hand) sons of Amelia (Guidry) Broussard and Harvey Crume. Your Josephine was a sister to my Eliza Guidry if I remember correctly.

I realize I’ve just posted a message looking for Socrat Vigea, my possible ancestor, who actually married Artemine Fruge in 1900. Could Artemine be related to Eddo??

I am not in touch with anyone. We have moved so many times that I am not even sure where pictures are. Do you live in CA?
I seem to remember the name Pat Croom but do not know him.
I remember Grandma is buried at Crowley and she had a sister that lived there. I knew Uncle Emmitt.. thought is was Crume. Is Pat his son? Are you my dad's niece?
I have a FaceBook page-we can be friends if you have one. It's
