Hi Alvenia, They were sponsors of either Emmett Crume or Joseph Alden Lee Crume (the paper is not now at hand) sons of Amelia (Guidry) Broussard and Harvey Crume. Your Josephine was a sister to my Eliza Guidry if I remember correctly.

I realize I’ve just posted a message looking for Socrat Vigea, my possible ancestor, who actually married Artemine Fruge in 1900. Could Artemine be related to Eddo??

Hello Carole, I just found this doing a search. You must be the sweet lady I never responded to...oh must have been around 1984. I always felt so bad. My dad is Frank P Fore. Amelia was my grandmother. We have returned to Houston area (Spring) Tx I hope we can connect. Thank you! Linda PS I think I am a different that was on this original thread

Re: Enna Istre and Eddo Fruge -1906-7
I am not in touch with anyone. We have moved so many times that I am not even sure where pictures are. Do you live in CA? I seem to remember the name Pat Croom but do not know him. I remember Grandma is buried at Crowley and she had a sister that lived there. I knew Uncle Emmitt.. thought is was Crume. Is Pat his son? Are you my dad's niece? I have a FaceBook page-we can be friends if you have one. It's Linda Bass I'n glad we connected :) This all came about because of a young fella that was thinking we may be relatives from way back - Broussard in Lafayette
