Would anyone have information on James E. "Jimmy" Hallmark and his wife Chloe Jones? They were 23 and 20 years of age respectively in 1910. They are on the 1920 Atlanta, Winn Parish census. Would anyone have access to that? The breakdown would be very helpful. In 1930 Chloe is listed as a widow.
