Is there a site online that would have marriages for Steuben County, Angola, Indiana? I am looking for Floyd E. Head and Mildred M. Moore..............possibly around 1936 - 1937.
I was told there was no waiting period there.

I previously stated the wrong time-frame. I believe it should be 1937 -1938. I was told there was no waiting period; the people I am looking for would have been out-of-staters; from Michigan.

Or does anyone know what Library or Genealogical Society I would contact? I am open for any suggestions.
