JAMES B STEWART also had a daughter-INDIANA STEWART GRIMES-born c. 1895--wife of ELBERT GRIMES

Daughter-FLORIDA STEWART GRIMES-wife of LAWRENCE GRIMES

JAMES B STEWART died September 23-1924 at Spring Lake-Hernando Co Fl.at age 76. It is possible he is buried at Empire Cemetery in Groveland Florida.

He also had sons ISRAEL PUTNAM STEWART(married DOLLIE CHRISTIANA GAFFNEY) and DECATUR STEWART(Married MYRTLE)

Thanks in advance for any information. There is a possibility that there is descendants living in the Hernando area today from JAMES BELTON STEWART born April 21-1896. Some of the descendants lived in Polk-Lake-Pasco and Pinellas County Fl.

I would see if I could find a connection between the Kimbrough's other than that of employee/employer. Several descendants of that Kimbrough family still live in Spring Lake.
I think but an not positive that the Pattersons and Kimbroughs are related.

There are several Stewart families in Hernando Co, not all of whom are related to each other. Try contacting the Brooksville Genealogy Library and Folklife Museum.
