I am searching for descendants of Albert and Fannie Welcher from NY, Ohio, and then Cass County, Michigan. I have photos and info on some of their children. This would include Serepta (Welcher) Monroe, Idus Dayton Welcher, Collins Welcher, and /or Charlotte (Welcher) Warner. I know that Serepta had daughters Fanny (Monroe) Hughes, Bertha (Monroe) Sanford, and Mattie (Monroe) Matteson. A daughter of Matttie's was Clara Bell. Some of them may have lived in Shelby and Muskegon, MI

I am also looking for information on Nelson and Serepta Welcher (Welsher), and their family. My great-grandmother is Bertha Matteson (Sanford). I have a tin-type photo of who I believe is Serepta and Mary, and I have some Civil War era letters from Nelson to Serepta and Keziah Welcher. I'm still trying to figure out how everyone fits together.
