Elizabeth was dau of Henry Keller (1789-1837), m. 1821 in Harrison Co. to Rebecca Muck (1803-1881). Rebecca was dau of George Muck & his wife Mary--both buried in Hottle cemetery in Harrison Co. Does anyone know Mary's maiden name?

Hi Wanda,
Do you have anything on Emaly Decker married Nicholas Mier(s) various spellings Miar(s)/Mayer(s)/Meyer(s)/Myer(s) in 3-1833 in Harrison County? Might have had son Charles b. 1832, daughters Mary Cat(h)erine (Sarah?) b 1834, Elizabeth b. 1836 all in Lanesville. She also might have had a sister or half sister Phebe Ann who married Nicholas after death of his wife/her sister in 1837. This marriage also took place in Harrison CO. Hartley and Newman could be related names.
Thanks for any help,
Robin

Patty,
Eliza Keller Bottles was a sister to my great grandfather Rev. Jacob Keller born 1821 who m (3) Mary Augusta (Steiden) Corbit and had my grandfather Oliver Howard in 1882. Details of the Keller family are in the book, The Desc. of John Hottel, and plans are under way to update. I am most interested in your connection and Eliza's descendants to help the Hottel-Keller family ass'n get all the lines up to date. I can give my direct line if interested.

I saw your query about the Keller family of Harrison County, Indiana. My great-grandfather, George Washington Keller, was a younger brother of Jacob Keller. I am most interested in the update of the Hottel book you mentioned. I have the reprint from several years ago, and some cousins and I are very interested in that. We are all great-granddaughters of G.W. Keller, and I have their information as well as my own and some of the others of G.W.'s children.
