I have reason be believe that my gg-grandfather Russell Ross and his wife Elizabeth Pounds were married or lived in Forsyth County, GA. He was a miller at the THURMAN MILL. They were married abt. 1850-53. They had a son John W Ross born in 1854 and a son Sidney born in 1858. Would like any info that anyone has and am willing to share any that I have.

UPDATE: My ggg-grandfather Robert Ross married Elizabeth Watkins 6 May 1827 in Upson Co. GA. They had children:

Russell married Elizabeth J Varner then Mary A A Powell
James R married Lucinda ?
Robert H married Ann Virginia Powell

Harriett
Russell is my gg-grandfather and he married Elizabeth J Varner in 1852 in Monroe Co. GA. They had John W R born in 1854 and Sidney in 1858. Elizabeth and Sidney died around 1861-62 and Russell married second time to Mary Ann Amanda Powell in 1863.
