Hi,

I have been creating my family tree, and have wondered into reviewing my husbands ancestry too. Is it better to set up a new Tree for his family or leave it as a link from mine? If a new tree is better is can you transfer the information between trees? and also would you have one for maternal and one for paternal trees?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but any help regarding this would be great

When I started my tree, I included my wife's side as well. Not sure what program you are using, but I use the Family Tree Maker software and it's really easy to merge trees.
