Nancy, I would have replied by email, but could not get address, I don't have much on James Lockyer, except that he was born around 1788 and had 4 children, they were, Susan, John, William and Ann. I checked for Willam Stacey and Susan Lockyer in the Point May Cemetery but there was no headstone. (I live in Point May) Susan Lockyer was married a second time to Michel Benteau in 1842, they had a son name Peter who was born Sept. 1843, they are both buried in Point May Cemetery and there are headstones, but not one for Susan unfortunately.
James and Susan were my Great Great Grandparents ,,, Grandparents of my Father's mother.

Hi
I don't have much on Susan and James either. Rumor has it that the Lockyers on Allan's Island are related to the Lockyers from Isle Valen.
As she married Michel on Allen's Island and he died 2 years later - they may be buried there.
e-mail is: marmot22@telus.net give me a shout. I am in BC but will do my best to share.

I am looking for ancestry information on Anna Stacey who was married to William Collins - he was born September 1909 in Allan's Island. And does anyone have any information on John and Malendia Collins of Allan's Island, Newfoundland? Thank you!
