Potter. Ethel (Effie) as she was called, was the daughter of Joseph William and Sarah Ann (
Cronk)
Boulanger and she is buried in Sedan,
Kansas. She was the third born child of her family and she and Frank had six children. Aunt Effie is Cindy's Grandma. My Grandfather was Benjamin

Highway 99 if you've never been there,on Memorial Day and join us for food and fellowship and get to know your kin people. We lost our beloved Walter Joseph
Boulanger on December 31 suddenly and he was our leader and kept us together, taking care of the upkeep of the cemetery with the help of his family and all of us that could help out and we have a very wonderful, beautiful cemertery that I am so very proud of and feel blessed to be a part of. Our generation is going to have to be there when all of them are gone. There are only about seven left of the Grandchildren of Joseph William and Sarah Ann

Uncle Grover only has two living children, Gene and Delores, ( hey if you see this!) and there's
Uncle Virgil's son Jimmy who lives in
California and never comes out here, I need all of his information also. All of his children and grandchildren etc. and there is
Uncle Walter's four living since Walter Joseph passed away, Beverly, Ronald, Darrell and Karen, who is the wonderfrul mother of Mardi Bell. Love ya cousins! See ya in May!!! Now all you other relatives that we never see unless some dies come on up and bring some food and we'll have a good time. We've been doing this as long as I can remember and I'm almost 47 years old, so come on and make plans to be there and visit and eat with us and exchange addresses so we can keep in touch. We eat at staight up noon because we believe we are closer to GOD at that time. Come see your Osage Herritage while you're here at the Osage Indian Museum and see pictures of your ancestors.
