Conway, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003.
He was born Oct. 1, 1957, in Morrilton, a son of the late William
Welcher. He was a member of
St. Joseph Catholic Church of
Conway,
Knights of
Columbus Father Dellert
Council #4143, and
manager at Martin
Marietta Materials.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Briggler Welcher; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and
Tricia
Welcher of
Cabot, and son Matthew
Welcher of the home; daughter, Bernadette
Welcher of
Morrilton; granddaughter, Ryley
Welcher of Morrilton; mother and step-father, Ann and Bob Shumate;
sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and David
Holman of Morrilton; aunt, Lillian Bell of Morrilton;
father and mother-in-law, Fred Briggler Sr. and Clara of Morrilton; two step-sisters, Elaine
Hankins and Sarah Curtis; one step-brother, David
Shumate.
Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Msgr. John
Kordsmeier, Rev. Gregory
Hart, and Father Charles
Thessing officiating. Burial will be at Sacred
Heart Cemetery by
Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
Memorials may be made in honor of Lillian Bell to the T.C. Vaughn
Senior Citizen Center, 706 N.
Division, Morrilton, Ar. 72110.
Pallbearers will be Terry
