Looking for obituaries of Daniel O'Connell from Fort Edward, NY died in 1979 buried in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Also, looking for the obit of his wife Mary F (Bowes) O'Connell from Fort Edward, NY died 1992 (if this is really his wife she would have been just over 100 years old at her death. I am trying to see if this family ties into my O'Connell family of the Hudson Falls area.

Go to Post Star and type in Mary's name it may come up, if not check at the Crandall Library or contact the local funeral homes M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home in Fort Edward
or Carlton Funeral Home in Hudson Falls. The town clerk of Fort Edward has the burial permits, they will give you the date of death.

Thanks for the quick reply and I apologize for not responding sooner. I have been sucked into the 1940 Census records and cannot seem to find my way out.

I appreciate all the time you put into finding the above information. I do have a majority of the information that you posted already. I think the only new information is on George Curran. I have no clue if he will relate because i have no information on Bridget's family. Well, nothing that I can say 100% is her family. Just a bunch of maybe's at this point.

As for death dates, I did just recently get Daniel O'Connell's and it is 25 June 1979. I did search the Post Star for him and found nothing. I will do it for Mary because I have not searched on her yet.
